Shipping policy

We do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

As some of our products are custom-made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for production and processing. Orders containing only non-custom products are typically processed within 3 business days.

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

• FedEx Express: 3–10 business days
• UPS Saver (where available): 15–20 business days

Please note that all orders are shipped from South Africa. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their destination country.
